We publish survey results only as totals and percentages that cannot identify any person or business.
Cookies
We use cookies that the site needs to work, for example to remember your cookie choice or your comment details if you choose to save them. Analytics cookies from Google Analytics and Contentsquare are set only if you accept them in our cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time on our Cookie Policy page, which also lists the cookies we use.

Who we share data with
We do not sell personal data. We use these service providers, who process data on our behalf:
- Google (Analytics, reCAPTCHA and Fonts)
- Contentsquare (session analytics)
- Tally (survey forms; data stored in the EU)
- Automattic’s Gravatar service (comment profile pictures)
- Bluehost, part of Newfold Digital (website hosting)
Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, they rely on safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or a UK adequacy decision.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict how we use it, take a copy of it, and withdraw consent at any time. Email mail@ecommerceviews.com and we will reply within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
